Iowa will play Utah State in a neutral site game at the Sanford Pentagon in South Dakota in December, multiple sources told College Hoops Today.
There is no timetable on an official announcement.
The Hawkeyes will be entering their first season in four years without Luka Garza — the reigning National Player of the Year — while Utah State will be entering its first season under newly minted head coach Ryan Odom.
Odom had previously coached at UMBC.
